But that’s what we’ve come to expect from the board’s most outspoken member. In recent months, we’ve heard him rail against board president Kevin Beiser, school land sales, fiscal insolvency and more. This week, Barnett joined me and VOSD Radio co-hosts Scott Lewis and Andrew Keatts to talk about what Cindy Marten is doing right as superintendent, why the budget feels like Groundhog Day and how his self-described ranting and raving might be paying off.
